This mobile application is designed to streamline attendance management for The Fuqua School of Business. Utilizing Bluetooth-enabled beacons strategically placed in classrooms, the app allows users to seamlessly check into events upon proximity to a beacon. The user interface features a history page for tracking past check-ins and providing explanations for tardiness or absences.

Moreover, the app includes a calendar function that enables users to access upcoming classes and proactively notify instructors of planned absences before a session commences. This tool serves to support faculty members in efficiently tracking attendance.

In instances where Bluetooth is not available, the application supports NFC technology, enabling users to check in by tapping an NFC tag akin to accessing a sporting event.

Access to the application requires a valid Duke University netID and password. Upon login, users remain authenticated until they choose to log out. To ensure accuracy, students are restricted to checking into events they are officially enrolled in during the specified course schedule.
